I don't about y'all but I LUV kabobs and oh how I do LUV grilled veggies. So here ya go......a set of four Circle Kabobs, a Vegetable Grill Basket and a couple of dishtowels. All ya have to do to be entered is leave a comment. And now for some tasty recipes to use in case you win.
Grilled Asparagus
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears
1 T. olive oil
1 T. olive oil
Salt & pepper to tast
Pre-heat grill on high.
Lightly coat asparagus with oil
Season with salt and pepper
(I also like to sprinkle a little garlic salt on mine)
Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or to desired tenderness.
Steak Kabobs1 1/2 t. sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 t. ginger
3 T. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lbs steak, cut into pieces
cherry tomatoes
whole mushrooms
onions
green peppers
Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Add steak and marinade in refridgerator overnight. Alternate meat and veggies on skewer. Grill until done.
