What I'm enjoying today

It may only be 30 degrees here today.......but I sure am enjoying the sunshine!

However......I'm still missing the warmth of the sun that brings the beautiful spring flowers.
How about you. What are you enjoying today?

It's one of our coldest days yet and we have enjoyed staying in and looking through photo albums and remembering lots of fun times. Mixed in with those memories are lots of flower photos which gets me in the mood for warmer weather too.

I got out and saw some friends at the nursery. That was fun but the poor flowers they have left look so pitiful.

I enjoyed spending the day with my grandaughters! They always brighten my day. But I am like you and miss the warmth and sunshine.

I enjoyed seeing my dad in the hospital today although he didn't recognize me. He is so sick. They can't seem to figure out what is wrong. It is such a mystery.

I also had 3 celebration parties for students today at the middle school where I am the librarian. The kids had met their reading goals. They had a blast.

Hi,
Visting your blog from my friend Bety's! Your blog is beautiful by the way! It has been such a neat day here with about 3 inches of snow. First snow of the year..maybe the only snow! It has been a great day to relax and have fun with the family. Nothing like an unexpected day off!

I'm enjoying my kids today...which doesn't happen too often(at their age). But they are being especially nice today. I hope they're not gearing up for some trouble.

Girl, I know what you mean about staying warm! Bbbbrrrrrr. It's freezing here in Florida! That chili made it's second appearance last night as chili dogs. I'm gonna take the last of it to work for lunch today.

Thanks for stopping by. I do enjoy reading your blog, and thank you so much for your prayers. Please continue to pray for them, we go to UAB in birmingham on Feb 23 for Brandi to be induced. We are expecting a miracle. Come by anytime. Debbie

It was really cold (for S. Texas) this morning....35 degrees but warmed up to about 68 by mid-afternoon. The sun is shining and I'm wishing I were walking in the park or playing in the backyard with my puppy.

I am sooo enjoying my Beth Moore's "Esther" Bible study! I am in my third week and it could not be any better! It is exactly what I needed right now, because, let's face it, "It's Tough Being A Woman!"

Hope you're doing well, sweet friend!
